SLA & Incident by Component & GROUP

We have a multi-tenant application/platform. 

And we are using the Audience specific page. 

The Components cover different features of the platform.

All customers use all Components, but our SLA coverage is not standard, and in some cases we need to hide/show a specific incident, based on Component AS WELL AS based on Group.  This last part is a very strong requirement for us.

Any ideas? Thanks.
