When the monthly SLA is calculated does it subtract the maintenance time for the month from the total number of minutes from the month or does it always just use the total number of minutes from the month as the calculation?

Are you wanting to know if a component being in the "under maintenance" affects the components downtime? If so, only "major outage" and "partial outage" components states count against a components uptime.
