Remove header "components affected"

I was wondering if you could remove the header "components affected" in the mail sent out from Statuspage?

The ability to remove/edit this header for "Components affected" as well as "Start time", "Estimated duration" or "Time posted" that are also on the sent emails is not possible with the Statuspage product design.
