Pingdom integration

I have created a Pingdom integration key, when going to the Link Pingdom in Status page, I put in the API key and receive an GraphQL error stating that I don't have access. Looking at the setup documentation, it mentions that I have to enter my Pingdom user ID/email however there is no prompt for that.

Hey Al,

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Atlassian community. This is Tejas here. Happy to help :)

As I understand, You are trying to set up a Pingdom integration and getting a read access error. Can you please check if you have read access for the created API key?

Additionally, can you share the complete screenshot of the error message you are getting?

I am waiting to hear from you!

Thanks,
Tejas
