Are there any plans to support 'Business Services' from PagerDuty in Statuspage?
Current (Technical) Services are supported (https://<domain>.pagerduty.com/service-directory) but it would be powerful to have Business Services (https://<domain>.pagerduty.com/business-services) available so that major incidents can more easily be integrated into Statuspage.
This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Thanks for the question and welcome to the community. We don't have any plans to implement business services directly into Statuspage at this time. I was taking a look at the business services in Pagerduty, however, to get a better understanding of them and it appears that business services link to groups of technical services. One thing I did notice is that technical services are services that you can trigger incidents off of and you can create dependencies with business services. I am a bit unfamiliar with the business services side of Pagerduty and I can't quite seem to get the business services to link in my incidents. Can you give me some background of your use case and what exactly you would like to be able to do? I can then open a feature request for us to have our product team take a look. Thanks for your time!
