Hi,
I have created an incident in the past but it's not showing the incident name on the histogram. Even whenever select a past incident, no component name shows. Is there any way to show past incidents on the histogram?
Thanks,
Kusingh
Hello Kunwar,
This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Thanks for reaching out to the community. Incidents only show on the uptime showcase when you create a real-time incident with components. The incident needs to be associated to components. You can't accomplish this with backfilled incidents.
What you should be able to do is as follows:
Incident backfill:
Components:
If you happened to select a component when you created the incident, you will now see the related incident on the uptime tracker when you hover over that particular day.
Give that a shot and see if that works. If not, I recommend reaching out to us with a support ticket so we can take a closer look at your use case.
Regards,
Jesse
