Have any experience using Nagios with Status Page?
Are there any modules or integrations between these two systems?

While we don't offer a native integration with Nagios, we do have an API you can leverage to automatically update Statuspage. It's possible you could build some tooling on your side so that Components are updated / Incident are created based on events/actions in Nagios:
