My company has their own way of categorizing incidents (P1, P2, etc.). Is there a way I can customize the Impact field to use what I want, versus the pre-set "Minor", "Major", "Critical"? Also looking for the same answer regarding "Incident Status".

I don't think they are customisable inside the product itself as StatusPage has built-in calculations to roll up impact and component status to the top level.
