Is there a way to tap into another Statuspage customer's status?

We use PipelineDeals for our CRM and I see that PipelineDeals isn't listed as a "third-party" component.  However, has a Statuspage status page: https://status.pipelinecrm.com/

Is there a way to "tap into" their status page to add it to mine?  I thought about subscribing to their status page and adding the Automation email that Statuspage provides... however, I'm not sure "DOWN" and "UP" appear in the subject line of those notifications.

Any ideas?

Hi @Craig Elliott ,

Happy to help!

Unfortunately, barring the addition of UP/DOWN to their messages, the only way to get their page on your site would be if they enabled Third Party components on their site. You could request that they do so with us, and the option would then be available to you and others going forward.

Please let us know if you have any follow up questions!

Thanks... is there a Statuspage.io article I could send them telling them what they have to do?

@Craig Elliott ,

They'll just need to reach out to Support to let us know that they'd like to enable it on their Public page, and we can do so. Here's the article for it
