We have a number of SaaS services we use that are not listed in the Statuspage third-party component catalog (Postman being an example https://status.postman.com/).
What I'm curious on is whether it is possible to feed a webhook subscription from the third-party Statuspage to feed into my Statuspage.
We are currently looking to use Statuspage for SaaS service availability monitoring, and this will let us close a lot of gaps.
The problem I'm attempting to address on this is that these vendors are not in the third-party component list.
We have already added all of the third-party vendors we use that are on the list. Looking to fill the rest of the gaps.
Hi Mike,
I believe the simple answer to this is Yes, take a look at this article, it may help.
https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/add-a-third-party-component/
We are doing this for a few of our StatusPages, specifically for 3rd party vendors like (Zoom, Slack, GCP, etc.)
Where we are alerting based on updates from the vendors.
Hope this helps
