Hello @Reena Chandel ,

Happy to help!

Subscribers will be notified that an Incident has occurred along with details on the status, however an incident-less Component status change will not notify Subscribers. This article covers what they can be notified for: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/notification-event-triggers/, and this article will cover How to Enable Subscriptions and what types are available:
https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/enable-subscribers/

Please let me know if that helps answer your questions!
