In the status page, a new page was created by one user but this page is not visible to me (another user. What can be the reason?

Users can be granted permissions to view specific pages from the User Management menu within Statuspage.
Some users (product/site admins) will get the ability to view all pages automatically; however, some will need to be explicitly invited to a new page:
