In the status page, a new page was created by one user but this page is not visible to another user.

In the status page, a new page was created by one user but this page is not visible to me (another user. What can be the reason?

Please help.

Hi @Meenakshi Razdan ! 

 

Users can be granted permissions to view specific pages from the User Management menu within Statuspage.

 

Some users (product/site admins) will get the ability to view all pages automatically; however, some will need to be explicitly invited to a new page:
