Hello Tran,

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Welcome to the community and thank you for the question around wanting to add API response time.

Discord is doing this by utilizing the system metrics feature of Statuspage: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/what-are-system-metrics/

I would take a look at that article as it gives the details to add this information yourself or using a third party like Datadog.
