Hi there, wondering if anyone can help.
IF an email "ABC" is used to subscribe to a status page (Self-service signup),
THEN a "[XYZ status] Confirm your subscription" Email is sent and received.
IF this Email is accidentally deleted before confirming, THEN attempting to re-subscribing to the status page, the web page will show that an Email has been sent, HOWEVER the mail is never actually received (sent?).
I am thinking its some sort of spam control function working here?
Regardless, how can a "[XYZ status] Confirm your subscription" be re-sent, so that email ABC can be subscribed to a particular status page?
Are there any workarounds, apart from using a different email address?
Any information or help is greatly appreciated.
Y.
I also found out that once email "ABC" is in this kind of state, attempting to subscribe to other organizations status page "powered by Atlassian statuspage" also doesnt send a confirmation Email with the same email address.
Any ideas how to get passed this ?
