Hi Fanny,

Thanks for reaching out to the community around customizing automated maintenance messaging. This is not currently something that can be changed when you go the automated route. The automation is meant to just let people know that the maintenance is starting and stopping. You can always add updates while the maintenance is going on if you wanted to add more context during the maintenance. Hopefully that helps make sense.
