I have 2x pages that I've set up - and I would like to co-term their billing subscription dates, how do I do that?

Unfortunately subscription dates (and their renewals) are set based on the StatusPage creation date.
I am not aware of being able to change it, but you may reach out to Billing team at https://support.atlassian.com and raise a request to see if it is possible on their side.
