We are trying to move our statuspage from private to public. We need assistance from Atlassian support. We can't seem to get a response. How long does it generally take to hear from Atlassian in regards to these types of issues? Has anyone moved their status page from private to public?

Abraham here with Statuspage support. Thanks for reaching out. Page type changes reside with our billing team since it is a billing change. If you can share the ticket number with me, I can see if I can get it expedited. The page change itself is very quick.
