When users are subscribed to the alerts on the status page, how can we view the email/subscription open rate to identify how many users have actually viewed the notification that was triggered?
Understanding the email open rate will help us assess the value in our efforts spent in sending notifications and co-relate ticket generation rate during incidents.

At this time there isn't a way to see the "open rate" - having said this, we have a feature request in place with our product team requesting the option to be added. I have gone ahead and added your request to this ticket which will help its visibility.
