We're in the pickle that the PRODUCT ADMIN of our Statuspage account has left the company, and his mailbox that carried the login has been shredded.
How do we go about changing that role to one of us still with the company?

Have the email address set as a alias on a existing email account. Email should route to the existing email account. If you don't know the pw, just the forgot pw feature.
