How do I delete a Team member from Status Page user management console

Hi,

I am trying to delete an user from the User Management console of my status page admin page, but I am not able to see the delete user option as specified in https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/delete-team-member-accounts/

Thanks

Hi, you need to be the owner to be able to delete users in user management. You can check who has owner status in this area.

I am the owner. At least I think I am the owner. It states SITE ADMIN beside my user name. The documentation for deleting a user says a delete button/option will appear beside the account in the user management page.

There is no option. I can only modify user permissions.

I have "OWNER" beside my name which gives me the option to delete users. I would check with the Statuspage guys who will advise who your owner is if they are not listed.

I have same issue, unable to delete users invited in user management panel.

It's not possible to delete users from the user management pane in statuspage if the accounts are Atlassian accounts (vs being statuspage only accounts).  I think the issue is that it is possible to have users/accounts created just for statuspage or Atlassian-wide accounts that have access to this product.  You can only delete/revoke the former from this screen.

What you need to do is go to Atlassian.com and login with your account, then click on options at top right of screen to enter administration area.  All your products will be shown, select statuspage - you can then revoke access to statuspage for the user you want to remove.

For Atlassian site admin reading this:  the UX for statuspage user management needs to be updated to cross reference to the Atlassian user management screen.
