I'm looking for the best way to receive users' feedback about their experience with Status Page. For NPS and CSat we already use the Delighted platform. There are two main target audiences on Status Page:
In order to receive feedback from unsubscribed users ( the goal is to find out why do they leave), we'd need to include a survey option in the email that unsubscribed users receive when their subscription is removed (unsubscribe confirmation). Is there a chance to implement something like that? Or maybe there is a better option available? Please advise :-)
Any ideas in regards to active users are also appreciated!
I would recommend raising this as a product enhancement request so that this goes to the Atlassian PMs for Statuspage. I could see how this would be beneficial and could be something we at Broadcom may look at using if this was available.
