I have created a component Gitlab under a component group third-party. I have enabled component's display uptime. However, I do not see the component displayed in the statuspage.

Similarly, when I disable and enable display uptime for other component I see it gets reflected in statuspage.

What can be the issue with Gitlab specific component ?

Hello Anusha,

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Welcome to the community! I'd love to understand more about your specific experience but since your page is private, I am not able to access it without doing further investigations through a ticket.

Generally speaking, though, if you have a group component, the component living inside the group is not displayed unless you click the plus icon to expand the group. Furthermore, when you have the uptime showcase turned on, it will show the showcase for the whole group unless you expand it.

If that isn't the case, then please submit a ticket to support.atlassian.com and we can investigate further. You can add screenshots there or we can get access to your page to see more of what you are seeing.

Last, as a word of caution, I recommend not adding links to the community. While the links are secure and require authentication, it's better to not leave them exposed. If you can edit your post to remove the links, I highly recommend it. Thanks again!

Regards,
Jesse
