Is it possible to use the email automation to parse out the body and post it to the status page? To give some context, We would like one of our sales directors to be able to post to the status page without giving him access to the portal. Our thought is that we can give him the component address, have him set the status. What I can't find is if we can have a message post to the portal. For example:
To: enter component address here.
cc: all email@example.com
Body: IT has identified an issue with one of the core systems and is working to fix the issue.

Thanks for reaching out! The email automation currently only updates the corresponding component. You will need to separately create an incident if you would like to describe what is happening to your service/component. This means that your Sales director will need to have access to Statuspage in order to create an incident and update the corresponding component.
