Everyone will not need/won't have the ability to manage the componenets for our statuspage, wondering if people will see this.

Yes, everyone with access to the Slack channel will see the message you shared in the screenshot as this is a component update notification.

However, you will be able to manage the component communications by editing the configuration in your Statuspage's Slack app. Please follow the documentation to further understand how this can be configured under the "Manage component updates" section of the page.
