Hello,
I couldn't find a clear answer on the help docs, so I figured I'd ask here.
When doing some testing, I enabled "Allow users to subscribe to individual incidents," and I noticed that whenever I would subscribe to an incident, the subscriber count wouldn't increase. Is it safe to assume that incident subscribers don't count towards the subscriber count like they would if we enabled "Allow users to be auto-subscribed to every incident"?
Is it also not possible to see the email address or how many people subscribe to an incident?
Thanks!
Hey Eric,
Correct! For now, only page level subscribers count against a pages allocations.
We also have a kb article here - https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/how-are-subscribers-counted/ that gives more information on how subscribers are counted.
