Hi,
Lets say I have an incident with the impact = Critical with a component that is in "Major outage".
After creating the incident the component affected is downgraded to "Degraded performance", which should downgrade the impact to "Minor".
But the impact state is still "Critical" for me, do you know why? And is there something I need to do to fix this?

Welcome to the community and thanks for the question. I actually just responded to this similar post here
I ended up creating a bug report for the development team since I was able to recreate the issue. For now, you would need to manually update the impact since it appears that this feature is not working as expected. Please let me know if you have any questions.
