Dedicated phone number or OADC or Sender ID for StatusPage


We observe that SMS notification sent by statuspage are coming from various different phone numbers. Those phone number are also used for other purpose (for instance we receive also advertisement or sms from bank...).

This is an issue because subscribers can't  identify easily the purpose of the SMS, and the issuer of the SMS (our company)

I would like to know if statuspage has an option to send SMS notification from a dedicated Phone number, which could be always the same number, or better, a number displaying the name of the company ( OADC ou Sender ID ).

Is this functionality available ? Any roadmap ?

Welcome to the Statuspage community! Since Statuspage uses dozens of numbers for sms notifications that dynamically change, downloading a vCard full of dedicated numbers is not something we provide. That being said, this is most likely something that will not be on the roadmap.
