Hello - We have recently received an influx of users/customers asking to help manage our status page. It's unclear why or where these are coming from. Admins on the account get notified when this happens. Below is an example with personal details removed. Has anyone seen something similar? Does anyone know how to stop them from requesting access?

Thanks for reaching out. This usually happens when there is a deactivated private page in your organization. When deactivated, there is a place where people can request access to access it.
All we need to do is delete the page if it's not being used. Can you open a ticket with us at support.atlassian.com and chose Statuspage as the affected product?
