Custom metrics in status page

Hi team,

We want to have custom metrics chart like it was there "https://opsgenie.status.atlassian.com/#system-metrics"

How can we implement custom metrics from Dynatrace or Bigcommerce to status page?

Please provide your inputs to implement this in status page metrics.

Hello Saveetha,

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Have you taken a look here: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/what-are-system-metrics/

This shows the different methods for adding system metrics from different sources. Since it's not one of the built in sources that we have available, you would need to utilize the API to send metric data. Please take a look at that article for more information.

It might take some scripting to send the data consistently but if you can send the data through the API, then we should be able to accept it. Unfortunately, I don't really have a way to go into more details than that as each metric provider setup would be different. I hope you have a great day!
