If I were to have a custom domain for my statuspage site, would I be able to use that domain when embedding it within my site? In my trial it looks like there is a random (presumably CDN-derived) domain like a "bcu20920ala.statuspage.io/embed/script.js", but if I was using "status.mydomain.com" for example, would the embed code be "status.mydomain.com/embed/script.js"? I ask because many of our customers have strict firewall rules so embedding third party scripts on different domains would fail; however if we had it tied to our domain then it would be easier to whitelist.
I reviewed the documentation but couldn't find anything clarifying this.
Hi @Tim Mackenzie ,
The status embed script will show the xxxxx.statuspage.io domain by default, but you can change it to the custom domain - status.yourdomain.com - and it will still work.
