Hello,

I'm trying the status page product (audience-specific),
And I find that when I update (in edit) an audience group (add 2 components for example),
users in this group won't have their profile updated to include these 2 new groups.
I need to go to the user profile to add the 2 new components.
Is there a way to do it directly by updating the group? (avoid to manage the profile of hundred users in the future)
Thx

Hey Adrien, Alan from the Statuspage Support team here.

I believe you were looking to have users be automatically subscribed to all components that they have access to, is that correct?

If so, this functionality is unfortunately not currently available, but we do have an open feature request for it with the ID STATUS-544 (Internal-access only)

If you are looking to automate this, it could be worth taking a look at using the API as an alternative:

"Update a subscriber" API Endpoint

Let me know if you have any questions, or anything else we can try to assist with!

Regards,

Alan
