Component fails to update to Operational from a partial outage using New Relic Email automation

I was able to trigger a partial outage on a Statuspage component through an alert within New Relic using email automation by appending +partial_outage to the component email address.

However when alert condition goes back to normal, an email is sent to StatusPage but is ignored saying "Ignored automated component status update, the component was already in status: 'Partial Outage'.

How is it possible to return from partial outage to operational using NewRelic email notifications??
