Change subscriptions using xls file

Edited

Hello

We have 997 email subscribers on our statuspage and we would like to mangage these subscriptions, using an excel file.  We exported them in a xls file, where we can update the references and then we would like to upload this file to update al the subsribers all at once.

Is this possible and how should it be done.  This will save us a lot of time.

Kind Regards

Hi Dominiek, we currently support uploading .csv files only. When you upload a .csv file, it will overwrite/update all of the existing subscribers.

You can find information on exporting subscriber and importing subscribers below.
