Change Incident status default message

Hello,

Each of the 4 statuses of an Incident and Maintenance has a default message.
for example, Incident status is  "Investigating" and the message is "We are currently investigating this issue"
How can I change this default messages for each status without having to change it every time I create an incident?

Hi Petar! Welcome to the Community!

You can customize messages for the customer in 

project settings --> customer notifications

In this section you can change the default messages or create new one.

Hi Petar,

if you have the administer project permission you should see the project settings section, in the left side menu in the project.
