Cannot create an Incident

Hi there - I have recently purchaed Statuspage and am testing functionality. I was able to create an incident previously and have it displayed. However today when I click on incidents and then select incidents sub tab to create my incident I get 'oops something went wrong'

Also having updated a previously created incient i no longer recieve email notifications , I am a subscriber to updates

Please advise on both issues
