Can the status of a component group be controlled?

I have a component group with several child components. If I update one of the child components to major outage, then it also updates the group to major outage.

What I really want is if some child components are in major outage, then group should be "partial outage", but if all child components are in major outage, then group should also be in major outage.

Unfortunately this is not currently possible but there is an open feature request which I've gone ahead and added you to. If it ever gets implemented, we'll do our best to reach out.
