Hi!
I would like to place some buttons in the body of the page but to do so I would need to change the source code, is this possible?
If not I can use JavaScript?
Hello @Murilo Ribeiro - INFOMACH ,
This is Arumugam from Atlassian Support. Thank you for raising your inquiry.
Regrettably, we don't provide an option to modify the source code on our pages. However, we do accommodate customizations on public pages, including the use of custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
This means you can technically add to or alter any element using JS, HTML, and CSS.
For more information on how to include custom HTML, please refer to our documentation:
https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/use-custom-html-on-a-status-page/
You can find some examples of CSS and JS in the link below:

Thanks,
Arumugam

Hi @Arumugam M
A little bit different - my team is looking to do something similar on the customer portal but adding our own chatbot on the portal for support. Is there a way we can access the HTML, CSS, and JS for the customer portal to do this? We will be using the Data center version of Jira Service Management.

Hey @Brady Buttrey
Unfortunately, we don't have the provision to edit the Source Code of Statuspage
However, we do accommodate customizations on public pages, including the use of custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Using this you can create an element on the page to help render the chatbot
