I have setup a trial statuspage subscription, created multiple public pages (for each of our customers) and want to go live.
Unfortunately, I am unclear on whether I need to pay for individual subscriptions for each of the public pages I have created under my account, or whether one subscription will allow me to run multiple pages and just be limited by the subscription count / team logins etc.
The support team have left me waiting a week and could do with any help I can get.
Hi James,
Nick from the Broadcom team here, a long-term Statuspage customer!
You will need to pay for each page separately. Pricing can be found here: https://www.statuspage.io/pricing
You can activate your page by clicking on the 'Activate page' button in the left hand sidebar which will then take you to the payment page to select a plan. My recommendation would be to start small and you can grow as you need to.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Nick Coates
