Statuspage's intended use is around incident communication. If something were to break within a system or a process in your company, Statuspage could be used to get that information out to stakeholders. This really would not be the platform to use for any affiliate marketing.
That being said, I am curious what your use case would be to see if I am understanding this correctly. If you could provide some additional information around that, I would be happy to provide some more information.
