Add fields to email

Hi, I would like to add additional fields to the email and add bold headers 

e.g.

Incident Start time

 

Incident End time

 

Incident Impact

 

Is this possible

Hello Rory,

I suggest that you create an Automation rules in order to generate your e-mail.

You'll be able to use Smart Values to display the fields you need. You can try {{issue.startTime}}, {{issue.endTime}}, and {{issue.impact}}.
