Add Regions on status page (US/EU)

M Yawar Test October 5, 2021

Hi, I am looking to add multiple regions on the status page, so my user can see in which region the service is up/down. but I can see that option on the admin page.

Hi @M Yawar Test ,

Happy to help!

Looking at a couple of examples here- https://status.monday.com/https://status.atlassian.com/, and https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/, there are two ways of going about this.

The first option would involve top site level customization and connecting pages/components there like the Atlassian and Monday Statuspages have; essentially you'd have a Page, or set of component groups specific to them, for each region, and pipe in the data to a top level site page showing those region divisions so that the individual statuses would show for each respective region.

The second option would be to do what Cloudflare has and use different named Components and Groups as a means of showing different region results on your page.

If you are only wanting Users to see specific sets of Region-specific components, two different sites may be the best option with a top level view available so that you can keep that regional content separate from each other.

Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!
