AWS Cloudwatch Synthetics to automate the components status

Hi Team,
Hello, is there a way for AWS Cloudwatch Synthetics integrates with the status page to directly automate components' status?? I tried but my status page Ignored automated component status updates.

Thank youScreenshot (114).png

Hey Vijay, happy to help!
Rafa here.

The only way to get components to get automated for up or down is for the email subject to have the word "DOWN" go down and the word "UP" go up - So if AWS Cloudwatch Synthetics doesn't contain the words above, it won't work.

On your screenshot under the ignore message it says - show email details - could you take a screenshot of the details and send it here? - This issue should be configurable with AWS.

The other alternative would be to take your syntactic data and have a type of automation set up with your own script, that would call our APi to put the component into a down state.
