unable to install source tree 2.3.5.0

Hi Team,

I am trying to install source tree 2.3.5.0 in windows 8 version, while installing if i click existing account i am getting "something went wrong message" 

internet explorer version 10

I have done all settings changed in explorer as mentioned in the community

Please treat as high priority and provide solution ASAP.

Hi

You need to make sure Internet Explorer is configured correctly.

Best advice for configuring IE for registration is as follows:

1. open Internet Explorer
2. open the Developer tools, f12
   1. set the Browser Mode 10
   2. set the Document Mode Standards
3. open Cog/Internet options
   1. ensure the following settings are enabled
   2. Misc/Access data sources across domains
   3. Misc/Allow META_REFRESH
4. Scripting/Active Scripting

Alternatively use v 3.0.8 which doesn't rely on internet explorer
