Currently I have a atlassian active account through which I am trying to configure source tree.What happens exaclty is this:
1) Start App
2) I have two checkboxes that I clicked OK and click on Continue
3) I click on "Use an existing account"
4) Open a new window with Log in to your account
5) As I enters user name and click Continue,it refreshes the same page and i never get a "Password" field to continue.
So I am unable to proceed further.Kindly help me with the steps to proceed. Since no popup or error window occurs,I am not
sure what is happening?
Hi Meghna! Are you using Sourcetree for Windows? If you are, can you make sure you have Internet Explorer updated to the latest version? Sourcetree relies on it for authentication and will cause issues otherwise.
