pull on sourcetree takes forever

pushing pull (after commit) takes forever so I cannot pull new changes.

Even after updating to the newest version of  sourcetree 2.10.1

Please advice

solved! 

It happened in 2 versions - and the issue was that the connection to the server was not successful. I must say it was not mentioned anywhere...

What happens if you attempt the same thing using Git's command line interface?

Also, what version of Sourcetree is that? (it's not 2.10.1 as that's a Windows one and the screenshot is from macOS)
