how to see all Gitlab Enterprise repositories (and then filter them)?

I've just connected SourceTree to my company's Gitlab Enterprise server and I'm able to see a list of repositories.  This list contains most, but not all, of the repositories in my team's Group as well as many repositories for other team's Groups.

The problem is: I don't see all of my repositories and I can't see a pattern to which ones are missing.  Where should I check to understand why I'm not seeing all repositories?

The problem will be: once I can see all the repositories in my team's Group, I'll want to ignore all the repositories in other team's Groups.  Is there a way to configure this so it only shows repositories starting from a certain Group? I didn't see any such option in the (limited) documentation available.
