Welcome to the community!
If you are talking about bitbucket and SourceTree then i would say first of all you need to clone your bitbucket repo to local system using SourceTree and then you need to change/add the new code into the cloned repo.
Once you will add/changes done into the repo, source tree will automatically pick up the changes and then just you nee to commit and then push the code to remote bitbucket repo.
