can't install source tree windows 7

I have admin rights, heres my log:

Hi Robert! That's a Squirrel installer error rather than a SourceTree error itself. We had a user with a similar issue and uninstalling .Net framework and then re-installing a newer version worked for him.

Can you try that and let us know?
