can't commit changes

I am not able to see the new changes that I made in the local repo, on the sourcetree, can't commit changes

A few questions:

* What version of Sourcetree are you using?

* What OS are you on?

* What happens when you open the repository in Sourcetree?

* What happens when you manually refresh the repository in Sourcetree?

* Do the changes show up in git status when you check from CLI?

* What is the remote service you are trying to interact with?
