Yes, me and my colleagues have the same problem. The solution: downgrade!

It seems to be a problem with the passwd file - it is always overwritten and the password is not stored - so SourceTree always asks for it again.

A colleague used another solution: he stored his password in the file (of course not plain text, find the original file somewhere, maybe on another machine) and made it read-only. But this is a workaround.

So better: just use an older version of SourceTree until this problem is fixed, version 1.6.24 is not usable!

Same here. Will downgrade.

I have the same problem. here is the http packet which i have catched .

Hello all,

This might be related to this open bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-3957

As Chris suggested, the workaround at the moment is downgrade to version 1.6.23.
